As we strive for excellence, every effort has been made to pack your order accurately. However, on the slight chance of a problem, we will immediately rectify the situation and make sure you are 100% satisfied with the result. Please check the packing slip and the items to ensure you’ve received the complete order. Also, carefully look through the packing material to locate any smaller items that may have been ordered. There are a few things to be aware of before calling for a return. Please double check the expiration date as some date’s stamped on the merchandise are the dates of manufactured, not expiration dates. Also because we purchase some items in bulk, the packaging might look a little different, but rest assured, it’s the same merchandise.
In the event of shortages or dramatic market changes, we reserve the right to limit quantities. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors.
We realize your time is valuable, therefore with one simple phone call your return will be processed. You will receive an authorization # as well as the return label. All returns will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. To request a return, we may be reached toll free at, 877-832-6963.
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied the merchandise can be returned within 30 days from the ship date. All items must be in the original unopened package to receive a full credit. Please contact our customer service department @ 877-832-6963 and select option 2 for your return request.
DAMAGES / CLAIMS
If the carrier delivers your order and the outer package is damaged and/or tampered with, please call us immediately. A damage claim must be reported within 24hrs of delivery. Please retain the package and all the original contents for inspection purposes by the carrier.
For your convenience, the smaller item(s) are placed in a Ziploc bag, so please check your package thoroughly for all items. After you’ve determined an item(s) are missing, please check your invoice to see if it’s listed under the Back Ordered (B/O) field and/or look for “Back Ordered” Stamped on the invoice. If these indicators are listed, that means we shipped all available items and the Back Ordered item will ship within a few days.
Omni provides free shipping to the 48 continental states. There is a $8.95 service charge for every order (ask your sales rep about free shipping for larger orders) Orders received by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (12:00 PM on Fridays) are routinely shipped the same day.
We accept all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We will only charge your card on the day of shipment. Customer’s also have the option of paying with a Check by Phone or C.O.D.
